Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about booking, cancellations, and your spa experience.
You can book online through our website in just a few steps — choose your package, select a date and time, add any enhancements, and complete your details. You can also call us directly at 078 958 1678 or 073 068 3874, or message us on WhatsApp for assistance.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for couples treatments and weekend appointments. Same-day bookings are accommodated where possible — call us to check availability.
Yes! All of our packages offer a couples option. Simply select "2 Guests" during the booking process and the price will adjust automatically. Couples treatments are held in our shared therapy room for a relaxing side-by-side experience.
We accept card payments on arrival and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Our banking details are provided on your invoice after booking. Payment is settled at the spa on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Absolutely. You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability. Simply call or message us and we will find a new time that works for you.
No deposit is required for standard bookings. For large group bookings or special packages, a 50% deposit may be requested to secure the reservation — we will confirm this with you at the time of booking.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You will be provided with a robe and slippers on arrival. For massage treatments, you will be professionally draped at all times — your comfort and privacy are our priority.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete a brief consultation form, change into your robe, and settle in. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to avoid affecting the next guest.
We kindly ask that phones be set to silent or switched off during your treatment to maintain a tranquil environment for all guests. You are welcome to use your phone in our relaxation lounge before or after your session.
We recommend avoiding heavy meals, alcohol, and intense exercise at least one hour before your appointment. Please shower before water-based treatments and remove jewellery where possible. Let your therapist know of any allergies, injuries, or sensitive areas.
Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. If you wish to show your appreciation, a tip of 10–15% is customary. Cash tips can be left at reception or given directly to your therapist.
